Our Service
Determine the style:
Contact customer service, explain the customization requirements, determine the required product quantity, packaging and other customized requirements, and provide a preliminary quotation for customer service.
Design:
After confirming the order, if packaging or logo customization is required, a complete design sketch must be provided to cooperate with factory proofing.
Proofing:
After determining each requirement, the customer pays the sample fee, the factory produces the sample and sends the sample to the customer, and calculates the specific cost required for each customized project and determines the final price.
Deposit:
After the customer receives the samples, they confirm the order and pay 30%~50% of the total amount of customized products, and then the factory arranges production. The production cycle is about 15-30 days. If it is an urgent order, please contact customer service.
Final payment:
After shipment, the factory informs the customer to settle the balance and refund the sample fee. Shipped from the factory.
After-sales service:
Customers can contact us if the product has mildew and other quality problems and non-man-made storage problems within 2 to 3 months after receiving the goods. However, once customized products are sold, they will not be refunded. If there is any quality problem during the guarantee period, please contact us for compensation or replacement.
*Some special samples will not be refunded the sample fee, please make sure to store them in a dry and ventilated place after receiving the goods.
